Newborns (Birth-5 months) 

 

 

 

          Nothing is harder for new parents than to leave their new baby in the hands of strangers.   Brushy Creek Baptist Church has taken away all fears, with a warm nursery staffed with incredibly loving women, including a nurse.  The newborn team is accustomed to keeping babies just days old through 5 months, comfortable and happy for hours at a time.   Eight cribs, complete with mobiles, fill the room, which features muted lighting, pastel colored decorations, soft lullabies and glider chairs with ottomans.   Moms can take advantage of our spacious cordoned off feeding area, where they can nurse, or bottle-feed their baby in private.   An electronic alert system finds parents elsewhere on campus, if they are needed back in the nursery.    If you have questions about your newborn’s care at Brushy Creek Baptist Church, contact Naomi Martin at naomimartin@charter.net.
