An energetic team of forty-two staffs four fun-filled rooms for babies ages six months through two years. What is important to note, is that children are “promoted” to the next room based upon their mobility and development, not their age. This ensures safety with babies and toddlers learning how to sit, walk and crawl. Each room features age appropriate toys and cribs for those who need a nap, and now and then you can spot toddlers taking a ride on the bye-bye buggy around campus. Perhaps the most unique feature of this ministry is the baby staff itself, which isn’t simply babysitting. Each teacher commits to praying for each child in the room – for health, safety and growth with God. Even 6-month-old babies will be introduced to simple Bible verses and Christian music. They will also repeatedly hear the words God, Jesus, love and prayer during their stay. An electronic alert system quickly notifies parents elsewhere on campus if they are needed by their child.
