Children's Sunday School
Every Sunday morning, 350 children fill the children’s wing on the 3rd floor of our Education Building for Sunday School. Anyone walking the halls can hear all of the fun they are having. Teachers present an age-appropriate lessons based on the Lifeway Curriculum that includes Bible stories, games, music and crafts. Hands-on activities help the children memorize scripture and discover how each lesson applies to their life. Our goal is to lay the foundation for each child to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior. Teachers generally send materials home for a family devotional time.
Our Sunday School rooms are bright and cheery, with applicable artwork and verses on the walls. Rooms for younger children also have toys with learning centers. Classes are offered for each grade twice a morning with the first class beginning at 9:15 and the second at 10:45. Unless special circumstances exist, children are placed in classes based upon their age Sept. 1st of the current school year.
