Formal Night Out

 

          Twice a year, students and young professionals with Brushy Creek Baptist Church’s On the Road ministry love to let their hair down.  Well actually, the girls put their hair up, and the guys grow tails.  It’s our formal night out.  Members pull old formal dresses, suits and tuxes from the back of the closet and get ready to hit the town.  No, it’s not for a formal dance… but a “formal” night of fun bowling, putt-putting, or racing at Anderson Motor Speedway.  Afterward, we do dine on yummy desserts at City Range or The Melting Pot.  Life can get too serious.  It’s always fun to get away from studies and books and try something a little wacky.    To check out Brushy Creek Baptist Church’s next Formal Night Out, click here to email Angela Carter.
