Upward Cheerleading
While many churches in Greenville offer Upward Cheerleading, Brushy Creek Baptist Church has taken the unique step of forming our own Upward league. With our Upward program, you will always cheer Brushy Creek Baptist Church teams, right here at Brushy Creek in the ARC. Children gain a sense of security by always practicing and cheering in the same place, on the same court in our state-of the art gym. Parents appreciate not having to drive to a different church each week for games. Upward Cheerleading runs mid-December through late February for K5 - 6th grade, with one practice and one game each week. Saturday games are quite the family affair, with hundreds filling the stands, even sharing lunch after games at Café @ the Creek. All children are welcome to play. They do not have to be members.
